Self Assessment Tool Improvements
We've been gathering feedback from people who have taken the tool and it's clear people are enjoying it. The next steps are to make improvements so we can share how someone's answers compares to the rest and offer direction to help people improve where they think it's most valuable to improve.

Virtual Summit - Q1 2022
A virtual Summit is a great opportunity to share the stage, build credibility, network, and learn. What better way to kick off the new year!? We're thinking this virtual Summit could be a 2-3 day event for 3 hours per day. We're also thinking of making this free for members and guest speakers and either free or a nominal fee for guests. It would consist of our members and guest speakers sharing on topics we care about as well as demos from leading solutions you may want in your toolbox. Leave a comment with your thoughts and how you might want to be involved. If you like this idea, vote it up!

Self Assessment Tool - AIT Competency Model
The AIT competency model was created from data gathered from thousands of influencers & thought leaders. To help you self-assess yourself, we created a self-assessment tool where you rate yourself on each competency. Version one of this tool is to help you assess where you current stand on each competency, so you can decide where you'd like to focus on personal growth, as well as it documents where you are now, so you can re-assess yourself in the future to see where, and how much you've grown. If we get good engagement and feedback from this self-assessment tool, then we'll consider growing the tool to also provide suggested resources you can use to grow in each competency where you may want to grow. If you like this idea, vote it up! UPDATE: You can find the tool here: https://theait.org/ait-competency-model/ Direct Link: https://theait.org/self-assessment/

Collaborated Book
Being an author of a book is a great way to build authority as a thought leader. We have many published authors as members here at the AIT, but many members aren't published. Having a collaborated book will give an opportunity for every participant to build credibility, and give an opportunity for members to be published authors in an industry leading book. We are looking for leaders who can help push this effort, so if you have interest in participating in a capacity above being a contributing author, please leave a comment below. Possible roles: Project Lead / Project Manager Section Leader (first cohort to contribute a chapter and oversee 2-3 authors from second cohort) Contributing Author Open to additional roles per your desire to contribute If you like this idea, vote it up!!

Demo Days
All of us have different processes for how we do our workflow. A great way for us to learn from each other is to start having demo Days. The idea would be for a member to share their screen and demo working on a task, demo how they stup certain things, or how they approach situations. I believe the best way to handle this is to let the member who is demoing to choose the timing of when the demo occurs, that way it's in the flow of work. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this, both, 1. If you like it and 2. If you'd be willing to volunteer to demo something. Feel free to leave a comment here. If you like this idea, vote it up!
